When can I expect my delivery?
We pride ourselves in that everything we do is done inhouse, at our premises in Ennis, by the team in Realprint. We do not rely on external suppliers to produce any of our goods. Therefore turnaround times can be same day for urgent orders or we can agree on turnaround times, depending on the nature of the order and availability of raw materials. We also offer a delivery service, so please be sure to enquire if you are interested in getting your order delivered to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Just let us know should you need to change or cancel an order. Provided the job has not yet been designed or printed this won’t be a problem.
Complaint Procedure
All complaints must be submitted by phone or in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Note goods remain the property of Realprint until all monies have been paid in full.
When and How do I pay?
We require full payment on collection for new customers. We accept electronic bank payments, all major credit/debit cards and cheques. You may also pay via the link on this website.
For repeat customers we have 30 days credit and if you would like to apply for credit please contact us and we will arrange for it to be approved with our accounts department.
